Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field, or a combination of education and training as established by industry standards in the field of trade and technology.
• A minimum of two full-time years (or equivalent) of verified, related, paid work experience in the specific credential field.
• At least one year of this experience must be within the five years immediately preceding the application date to ensure recent occupational knowledge.
• Current licensure, certification, or other credentials that are required or considered essential for practice in the industry directly related to the field.
• Program accreditation must meet faculty qualifications as established by state or national program accreditation bodies relevant to the trade and technology programs.
• Experience in curriculum development and course design (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and lab instruction depending on the program.
• Maintain accurate academic records in the LMS (attendance, grades, syllabi).
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a student-centered learning environment.
• Serve as a pool for adjunct, short-term and long-term substitutes for one semester or one academic year, with renewals possible.
