Job summary

Robert Morris University is seeking a part-time staff member to support the women's track & field program with daily operations, training, and meet management. You will assist with practice setup, conditioning, and performance feedback, working closely with the Head Coach and staff.

Responsibilities include travel coordination, meet logistics, equipment control, and video recording for post-meet analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education/athletic background.
• 1–2 years of competitive or coaching experience in track & field at collegiate or elite scholastic level.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules, compliance, and athletic operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily training design, conditioning, and technical drills.
• Lead facility setup, home meet management, and equipment oversight.
• Coordinate team travel, logistics, and post-meet video analysis.
• Support training sessions and provide feedback to student-athletes.
