Job summary

Northern Tool in El Paso, TX is seeking a Part-Time Sales Representative to greet customers, assist with product selection, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while promoting credit card programs and protection plans.

You will work with a friendly team, enjoy flexible weekend/holiday availability, and bring strong communication and customer service skills to help customers get in, out, and on with the job.

Qualifications

• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Prior retail sales, cashier or customer service experience admired, but not required.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Love of tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a one-stop shopping experience with exceptional customer service; ask probing questions to understand needs.
• Greet customers and assist with product selection, merchandising aisles and endcaps, and position merchandise.
• Offer Protection Plans and credit card options on all eligible transactions.
• Be a team player by helping with tasks that improve store service to customers.
