Our team is deeply committed to supporting total health through compassionate, collaborative care. The Interventional Psychiatry Technician delivers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine treatments to patients in a supportive, clinical environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct patient care experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience working with patients experiencing anxiety and depression.
• EMR experience preferred (NextGen/AdvancedMD a plus).
• TMS Certification; training provided within the first 90 days if not already certified.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals receiving TMS and esketamine treatments.
• Administer TMS and assist with esketamine treatments in accordance with physician protocols.
• Prepare and maintain treatment equipment and ensure patient comfort and safety during sessions.
• Monitor patient responses, obtain vital signs, and promptly report concerns or adverse reactions.
• Administer psychiatric rating scales and document all sessions and interactions in the EHR.
• Schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to ensure seamless, coordinated patient support.
