Job summary

Learn It Systems is seeking part-time teachers to support K-12 students in Tucson for the 2026/27 school year, delivering reading and mathematics in small groups. You will work with a supervisor, fellow educators and teaching aides to provide high-quality instruction and progress monitoring.

This role emphasizes collaboration with school personnel and parents, Title I student support, and a responsive, inclusive learning environment within a district setting.

Qualifications

• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
• Experience working with Title I students is a plus.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Must provide a high level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers, and parents.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Work location is in a school building with stairs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor, educators, and aides to deliver reading and mathematics instruction in small groups.
• Identify Title I students and plan with school administrators and teachers.
• Plan and deliver effective instruction in a small group setting.
• Administer pre- and post-assessments and track student progress and data.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
