Job summary

Tucson Unified School District is seeking an RTI teacher who contributes significantly to the academic success of students by implementing evidence-based instructional strategies. You'll work in small groups to enhance students' skills and collaborate with classroom teachers as part of a problem-solving team.

Applicants must hold an Arizona Secondary Certificate and have a current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. This role will vary in FTE, typically 1.0 over 7.5 hours per day, with the school calendar spanning 9.5 months and 207 days.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola and rubella or proof of MMR immunization is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the academic success of targeted students.
• Conduct assessments to identify students eligible for intervention services.
• Serve as an integral part of a problem-solving team at the building level.
