Job summary

Böhme is seeking a Sales Lead to join our Utah store in Murray. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, lead a team, and manage daily shop operations.

You will handle cash, pricing changes, inventory, and merchandising while ensuring loss prevention and strong KPI performance. The role requires leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with POS and store systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead store opening and closing procedures with cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and merchandising.
• Provide exceptional customer service and lead the team to achieve sales.
• Drive sales through leadership and KPI performance.
• Ensure loss prevention and correct cash register operations.
• Coordinate product receiving, inventory, pricing adjustments, and markdowns.
• Report concerns to Store Manager and participate in trainings.

Böhme was founded by Vivien and Fernanda Böhme, two sisters from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil who immigrated to the United States as young girls. A Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

What you will be doing:

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned
