Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Mundelein, IL is seeking a Store Processor to help process and price donated goods for display and sale. This role blends warehouse tasks with merchandising and mission-driven work to support community programs.

Daily duties include sorting, tagging, and pricing, maintaining clean spaces, meeting production goals, and assisting with stocking. Part-time hours are 10:00am-3:00pm, with a 28-hour maximum per week, and benefits outlined in our Part-Time Benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or currently pursuing.
• Strong English communication for team interactions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise according to established guidelines.
• Track and report production numbers in assigned locations.
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor for display or to designated shipping locations.
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces.
• Meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stocking.
