Blue Ridge Care is seeking a part-time Thrift Associate to join our Winchester East team. You will help sort donations, price items, maintain shop presentation, and provide friendly customer service to support patient care and hospice services.

The role emphasizes teamwork with volunteers, accuracy in receipts and deposits, and a clean, welcoming shop environment. High school diploma preferred; computer literacy helpful; retail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and customer service preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred / willingness to learn required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Price, stock, and merchandise display items for sale to create an inviting shop.
• Open/close and ensure shop operates smoothly during hours.
• Coordinate with volunteers and orient new volunteers to procedures.
