Job summary

Atlanta Mission stores in Athens, GA are seeking a Part-Time Associate to run daily retail operations, maintain a Christ-centered environment, and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes register transactions, stocking, merchandising, and keeping the store clean and welcoming for shoppers and donors.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to work up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Saturday with Saturdays required.

• Experience in retail operations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Management in daily store operations and staff teamwork.
• Provide friendly, welcoming service to customers throughout the shopping experience.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and other transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain store appearance, displays, cleaning, stocking shelves, and restrooms.
• Communicate daily events and issues to management and participate in trainings and meetings.
