Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a Part-time Therapist (Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW) to deliver compassionate care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings across Gainesville and Warrenton, VA. You’ll work autonomously with strong clinical and administrative support from a mission-driven team.

We offer true work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or on-call. Regular business hours apply, and licensure in MD, DC, VA, or PA is required.

Qualifications

• State licensure as Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW (MD, DC, VA, or PA)
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds
• Values-driven and eager to grow with a team committed to doing the right thing

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with facility teams (Administrator, Director of Nursing, Social Services)

Your Role

As a Therapist at PGS, you will deliver compassionate psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will work autonomously while staying connected to a robust clinical and administrative support team.
