Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) seeks a Therapist (Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker) to deliver compassionate psychiatric care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will work autonomously within a robust clinical and administrative support team.

We offer a true work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or on-call, and you can set start/end times within core hours.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker (MD, DC, VA, or PA required).
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours.
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling to patients.
