Job summary

Bay State Community Services is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Therapeutic Support Specialist to provide individualized support to youth and families in their homes and communities. This role focuses on strength-based and resiliency-building activities to help young people succeed at home, in school, and in the community.

You will collaborate with families and treatment providers to integrate services, maintain records, and co-facilitate groups, making a measurable difference in clients’

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with DMH youth experience or related field.
• Associate degree in Human Services with 2 years of DMH youth experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
• Acceptable CORI and SORI background check as required by program.

• Possess creativity and experience with activity-based services
• Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
• Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
