Job summary

Bay State Community Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Therapeutic Support Specialist to provide individualized support to youth and families in their homes and communities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with young people and helping them strengthen the skills needed to succeed at home, in school, and in the community.

Responsibilities include strength-based activities, crisis planning, and collaborating with families and treatment providers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with 1 year DMH youth experience
• Associated degree in Human Services or related field with 2 years DMH youth experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance
• CORI and SORI background check as required by program
