Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus is immediately hiring for a Therapeutic Recreation Assistant. This part-time role provides a recreation program designed to enrich daily life for residents, with shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with recreation programming in care settings preferred.
• Experience with individuals with dementia preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates knowledge of state regulations and the Recreation Service/Leisure Ability Model.
• Develops, implements and evaluates programming to meet residents' leisure needs and preferences.
• Maintains evaluation records and contributes to a monthly neighborhood recreation calendar with staff.
• Communicates effectively with the therapeutic recreation team to meet residents' leisure needs.
