Qualifications

• Master’s or MFA in drama/theater arts/performance OR Bachelor’s or BFA in drama/theater arts/performance AND Master’s in comparativeliterature, English, communication studies, speech, literature or humanities OR the equivalent.
• All degrees must be from an accredited institution completed by time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned classes under the supervision of the area dean.
• Help students fulfill their maximum potential in mastering course content and assess student learning outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the teaching field and continue professional development.
• Participate in faculty governance including accreditation and student co-curricular activities; serve on college committees.

Education
