Job summary

Pearson VUE in Evansville, IN is hiring a regular part-time Test Administrator to join our secure exam delivery team. You will help administer exams with accuracy, support candidates, and maintain a welcoming testing environment. Starting pay is $17.75 per hour.

The role requires high school diploma, customer service experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts including Saturdays. Proctoring exams and minor housekeeping duties are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each examination.
