Job summary

Troon is seeking a part-time Assistant Tennis Professional at Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club in Georgetown, TX. The role involves teaching tennis to all levels, coordinating clinics and events, and ensuring excellent guest service within a club setting.

The ideal candidate will hold RSPA certification (or be willing to obtain it) and demonstrate a strong commitment to member satisfaction and program development.

Qualifications

• RSPA certification required or willingness to get certified.
• Ability to teach tennis to players of all levels.
• Commitment to providing excellent member/guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tennis play, manage fees and equipment rentals.
• Initiate and promote tennis clinics, events, and programs.
• Provide instruction from beginner to advanced levels (private and group).
• Develop and implement lesson programs for adults and juniors.
• Enforce club rules and ensure court/equipment safety and maintenance.
• Represent the club in state or national events when possible.
• Collaborate with other departments on joint programs.
• Hire, train, and supervise tennis staff; manage performance and conduct.
