Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous coaching experience (high school or college level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of tennis skills, strategies, and NCAA intercollegiate rules.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with coaching staff, student-athletes, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and conducting tennis practices and team workouts.
• Instruct student-athletes on fundamentals, skills development, tactics, and safety.
• Support game-day preparation and player evaluations.
• Identify, recruit, and retain qualified student-athletes for the tennis program.
• Coordinate campus visits, communications with prospects, and admissions/compliance offices.
• Monitor academic progress and personal development of student-athletes.
• Serve as a positive role model to foster teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Assist with travel logistics, equipment management, and fundraising activities.
