GP Strategies Government Solutions is seeking a Part-Time, Temporary SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant based in the United States. The role supports government missions remotely for approximately six months, with a schedule of about 20 hours per week.

You will gather requirements, configure SAP SF LMS, and collaborate with GP Gov and client teams from concept through go-live. Preferred candidates hold 4+ years of SAP SuccessFactors LMS experience, 2 full onboarding cycles, and SAP SF LMS

Qualifications

• 4+ years SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) with additional modules (e.g., Employee Central, EC Data Migration, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation).
• At least 2 full life cycles in SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS certifications; willingness to certify in more modules.

GP Strategies Government Solutions is seeking a Part-Time, Temporary, SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant. Candidates must be U.S. based and U.S. Citizens. This is a part-time, remote, temporary position expected to last approximately six months. The schedule would be Monday – Friday, approximately 20 hours per week depending on workload.

Role and Responsibilities:

Operational

• Capable of wearing multiple hats simultaneously (i.e., strategic, and operational)
• Gather business requirements, create/maintain requirements workbooks (and related documents), working with GP Gov and client teams from concept to go-live.
• Ability to identify and deploy processes, systems, execution, documentation, and other improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with and solicit (open to) input from senior leadership, peers, directs, external partners, and customers.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment.

Project Accountability

• Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of their assigned project(s) workstream(s).
• Direct and control all activities to align with and meet client expectations within your assigned workstream.
• Obtain required approvals (e.g. requirements, workbooks, testing results, etc.).

Project Execution

• Maintain project documentation and prepare/deliver project progress reports.
• Conduct internal project review meetings and act as a project information source.
• Perform final review of deliverables.
• Deliver quality solutions.
• Ensure their deliverables are on time and on/under budget.
• Identify and communicate project risks.
• Deliver to project scope and communicate change activities.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum of 4+ years SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) with experience with one or more additional modules, such as: Employee Central, EC Data Migration, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, etc., experience.
• At least 2-full-life cycles SuccessFactors Onboarding
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS and additional Certifications
• Willing to become certified in additional modules.
• Willing to remain current with SAP/SuccessFactors HCM technologies.
• Knowledgeable with HR policies and practices, and ability to anticipate future trends.
• Ability to elicit and document business requirements.
• Detailed and results-oriented individuals take the initiative to solve problems.
• Ability to communicate with team members and customers concisely and confidently, both verbal and written.
• Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor the project team.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work closely with multiple internal and external organizations.
• Able to pass background checks and public trust clearance if/when needed for assignments.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience configuring, implementing, or supporting additional SuccessFactors modules.
• Familiarity with metadata and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in HR and consulting with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Plus:

• Knowledge of technical data processing procedures, integrations, etc.
• SAP HCM On-Premises or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.
