You will ensure accurate documentation and smooth material flow with a focus on traceability and compliance. The position is Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm, paying $19 per hour plus shift differential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with less than two years in related roles preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or related field.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes: receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
