Job summary

Sovita Credit Union in Flint, MI is seeking a Part-Time Teller to serve members with accurate, friendly service. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loan and card payments, and balance your cash drawer at shift end.

You’ll also explain credit union services and assist with forms while maintaining confidentiality and security. Starting date is ASAP; flexible hours include weekday afternoons and Saturday half-days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience not required; willingness to learn.
• Basic math skills and ability to process transactions accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Receive deposits, withdrawals, loan and card payments, and cash checks.
• Balance cash drawer at end of each shift and resolve discrepancies.
• Promote credit union products and services to members.
• Assist members with forms and maintain confidentiality and security.
