Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to members and team members as defined by service standards.
• Greet members warmly upon arrival at a branch.
• Promote credit union products and services to save members time and money.
• Process member requests in person and over the phone (transfers, withdrawals, checks, accounts).
• Assist with loan applications: interview, obtain credit reports, verify debts, analyze collateral, present options.
• Close and disburse loans when approved and audit documents for accuracy.
• Admit members to Safe Deposit Boxes and process new applications.
• Perform teller duties when needed.
