Job summary

RCB Bank is seeking a customer service-focused Teller to support branches across a region by accurately processing transactions in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will help maintain high service standards, monitor for fraudulent activity, and promote banking products and services to enhance the customer experience. A team-oriented role with a community focus and regular in-branch duties.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Successful completion of teller essentials training program after hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification, signatures, and any other necessary information; record and process all transactions according to regulations, procedures, and established controls at any branch location assigned.
• Examine cash, checks, and other supporting documents to verify authenticity, identify potential fraud or suspicious activity, and protect the Bank from financial/reputational loss; follow established escalation procedures when encountering unusual or irregular transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily while adhering to branch-level controls; promptly research discrepancies and report any outages to the supervisor.
