Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bank products and services and ability to cross-sell.
• Excellent math and cash handling accuracy with daily balancing.
• Professional appearance and communication aligned with VACU policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Balance cash drawer daily and report variances with supporting documentation.
• Provide quality member service and refer VACU products when appropriate.
• Adhere to security, BSA, OFAC and information security policies.
• Handle scheduled shifts including Saturdays and weekday hours.
