Citi's Hicksville branch is hiring a Part-Time Teller (24 hours). This on-site role supports daily branch operations, handles basic banking transactions, and delivers friendly customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage cash, educate customers on digital options, and identify opportunities to refer Citi products. The position is based in Hicksville, NY, with a shown salary range and benefits described.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient customer service.
• Perform accurate banking transactions and manage cash deposits, cash supply, and vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety and security.
• Manage client issues/concerns and escalate as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products and services.
• Deliver exceptional client service and meet metrics.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, policies, and reporting of control issues.
