Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of retail sales or cash handling experience preferred in a financial setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Basic keyboarding and Microsoft Office skills.
• Union position and related benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Provide professional, confidential member service.
• Engage members in solutions-based conversations about financial products.
• Resolve member concerns courteously and efficiently.
• Adhere to security procedures and regulatory requirements (Reg CC, BSA, OFAC, SAR, CTR, Reg D, Red Flags).
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and balancing standards.
