Responsibilities

• Promote a positive member experience, identify needs, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Perform deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and wire requests with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain cash handling accuracy; follow fraud prevention guidelines.
• Promote and refer products and services to meet members' financial goals and support branch growth.
