Oregon Community Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Teller (Enrichment Representative) in Eugene, Oregon. You will assist members with transactions, provide personalized service, and identify opportunities to help members with OCCU products.

The position requires a friendly demeanor, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The role offers 18–24 hours per week, including Saturdays, with an hourly rate of $21.00–$23.00 and an additional $2.00/hour for Spanish-speaking candidates upon

Responsibilities

• Greet members promptly, use their names, and provide personalized assistance.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Keep cash drawers balanced; assist with vault and dispenser operations.
• Meet or exceed service and sales targets for branch goals.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with privacy and security standards.
• Stay updated on OCCU products and regulations, including BSA.
• Work collaboratively to foster a positive, high-performing branch team.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Teller (Enrichment Representative) to join our team. This position works approximately 18–24 hours per week, including every Saturday. The hourly pay range for this role is $21.00–$23.00, depending on experience.

Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a standardized language assessment are eligible for an additional $2.00 per hour.

About the Role:

The Enrichment Representative assists members with financial transactions while delivering highly personalized and engaging member experience. This role proactively identifies members’ needs, recommends appropriate products and services, and ensures all interactions reflect OCCU’s commitment to enriching lives.

What We’re Looking For:

Preferred Qualifications:
