Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments with accuracy.
• Process cash transactions, balance cash drawer, and night deposits.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues per procedures; escalate when needed.
• Guide customers to digital/self-service options and educate on TD products and services.
• Train and mentor new tellers and assist store leadership with daily duties.
• Maintain compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and internal controls.
