Job summary

Texans Credit Union in the Dallas area is seeking a full-time Teller at our Richardson, TX branch. You will handle member transactions, balance cash, and provide friendly service while learning Texans' products to cross-sell and support sales goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 6 months of cash-handling, face-to-face customer service experience in a sales environment; background check and drug screen are required. Prior banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience in a sales/service environment with face-to-face customer interaction.
• Experience in a financial institution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, perform transactions with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Texans' policies and procedures.
• Cross-sell Texans' products and services to members.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals.
