Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication.
• Desire to help people and assist members effectively.
• Proficient with computers, the internet and Microsoft Office.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
• Availability to work the stated shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent service by completing transactions and answering questions promptly.
• Manage a cash drawer and assist in daily branch operations and balancing.
• Promote products and services to save members time and money.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and comply with guidelines.
• Identify ways to improve member experiences and enroll in self-service options.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
