Central Bank of the Midwest is seeking a part-time teller to join our retail banking team in Buckner, MO. You will process transactions, balance cash drawers, and provide friendly, professional service to clients.

This role supports customers across lobby, drive-thru, and ATM, with a schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30–5:15 and Saturday 8:30–12:15; additional hours may be available. We value cross-selling and community-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail banking preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and securely.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner across lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other channels.
• Balance cash drawer and research differences as needed.
• Actively listen to customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer needs.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
