Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient service.
• Process cash transactions, manage cash supply, deposits, and vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities to cross-sell Citi products and services.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options.
• Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements to protect assets.
• Address client needs and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of accounts and Citi products.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and meet performance metrics.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance in daily operations.
