Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people daily.
• Punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs.
• Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide high-quality service handling transactions.
• Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately.
• Accurately balance cash drawer daily.
• Comply with credit union standards, policies, and state/federal regulations.
• Promote services to strengthen members' relationships.
