Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 1 year sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle member transactions including deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Balance cash drawer accurately and monitor teller balancing procedures.
• Address member inquiries promptly and cross-sell appropriate products and services.
