Job summary

The role offers a 29-hour work week (Mon-Thu 8:30 am–2 pm, Fri 8:30 am–3 pm) with flexibility, and opportunities to learn about banking products while supporting members’ financial needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Up to one year of sales experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong verbal and communication skills for member engagement and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Handle member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Perform balancing procedures and maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Provide prompt, friendly service and address member inquiries.
• Cross-sell Greenville Federal Credit Union products and services.
