Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a part-time teller at its South Glenstone location. The role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, greeting customers, and maintaining accounts while delivering friendly, professional service.

You will be the face and voice of the bank and assist customers with a range of financial products. Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing cash drawer, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring adherence to bank policies.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer relations and ability to communicate with customers and employees.
• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Basic math skills and typing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
• Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner, following Legendary Service Standards.
• Recognize needs and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer needs; refer to other lines of business.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
