Job summary

Citi in Tamarac, Florida is seeking an entry-level Teller to support daily branch operations, deliver client-facing services, and process transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

In this part-time role, you will manage cash, educate clients about digital options, identify referral opportunities, and adhere to bank policies to safeguard assets while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Money handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with courteous service.
• Perform banking transactions including cash deposits and vault cash management.
• Identify referral opportunities based on clients' financial goals.
• Educate clients on Citi's digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory procedures to protect assets.
• Address client needs and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products.
