Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and visitors with questions, problem resolution, and other needs.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and dual control balancing of vault, ATM, and devices.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email communications.
• Support branch opening/closing tasks and follow security and risk procedures.
