Job summary

KeyBank in Cleveland, OH is seeking a friendly Teller to deliver exceptional client service in person. You will welcome clients, process transactions, and help identify their financial needs, guiding them to a Banker for more complex conversations.

You will handle cash accurately, follow procedures, and stay informed about products and policies while supporting a positive banking experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Client service experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Proficiency with Windows-based PCs and calculators.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service in-person by greeting clients and handling transactions accurately.
• Perform teller duties efficiently in a branch setting and balance cash drawers.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues, elevating when needed.
• Transition clients to a Banker to discuss deeper financial wellness opportunities.
• Support clients in achieving financial goals through available tools and resources.
• Attend in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures; stay current on product guides and fees.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management; perform other duties as assigned.
