Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
• Educates customers on transaction options using technology, tools and resources.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and ensures branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
