• Respond to member inquiries regarding accounts and services.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer and records.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC policies and procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and perform related duties as assigned.
