• Receives share deposits in person or by mail.
• Receives loan payments in person or by mail.
• Processes cash advances, cashiers' checks, money orders and similar transactions.
• Disburses cash or check share withdrawals in person, by telephone, or by mail.
• Opens and closes computer terminal accounts daily.
• Processes transfers and balances at end of day.
• Operates on-line teller terminal and serves members promptly and professionally.
• Maintains privacy of member account information.
• Cross-sells credit union services and informs members about eligibility and rates.
