Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions including managing cash supply, deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures for safety and compliance.
• Address client needs and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products and services.
• Deliver exceptional client experience and measure success by set metrics.
• Assess risk carefully in business decisions and uphold Citi’s reputation and assets.
