Qualifications

• No university/college degree required; relevant experience may be considered.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.
• Spanish language ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions.
• Educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations with customers and refers to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educates customers on options for managing transactions by leveraging technology.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adheres to policies and demonstrates sound judgment within limits.
• Ensures teller and branch operations and maintenance tasks are completed accurately.
