MIDFLORIDA Credit Union in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a part-time Teller to deliver outstanding member service while handling transactions and balancing cash drawer. This role supports branch operations and helps members access self-service options.

Qualified candidates will have strong customer service, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma. Availability to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM weekdays and Saturdays is required.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; comfortable with cash handling and banking transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class member service by accurately processing transactions.
• Manage a cash drawer and assist in daily branch operations and balancing.
• Promote and enroll members in self-service options and available products.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance per credit union standards.
• Exhibit integrity and discretion while following established guidelines and procedures.
