As a Part Time Teller within PNC's Parkway Region Retail Banking organization, based in our Northfield branch, West Orange, NJ, your role involves engaging with customers, educating them on financial options, and identifying banking opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty, while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available financial options.
• Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, maintaining efficient and accurate branch operations.
