As a Teller, you will:

• Work independently with clear goals and established processes.
• Provide excellent support and service in a collaborative environment.
• Maintain accuracy and adhere to policies.
• Support team efforts and uphold guidelines.

You will interact with diverse clients, perform transactional and operational tasks, and work towards sales and service goals. Building rapport and respecting others are essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Skills:

• Experience in banking, cash handling, or financial services
• 6+ months of successful cash handling experience
• Self-motivated and passionate about client education
• Strong work ethic, accuracy, and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and use multiple software systems
• Ability to perform basic calculations

Additional Requirements:

• Physical ability to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, and hold
• Willingness to work overtime (up to 5%) and flexible hours
