The Part Time Teller position is based in Cincinnati, OH at the Hyde Park Plaza Branch.
The Part Time Teller will deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty. Responsibilities include processing customer interactions, educating customers on financial options, identifying banking opportunities, and referring customers to appropriate branch staff. The role also involves lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products, applying product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues, and adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure efficient branch operations.
